Staten Island, NY UPK Preschool
Richmond Hill Children's Center
|
Richmond Hill Children's Center offers preschool programs to the Staten Island Community. Since 2004, our NYS certified teachers have provided a caring, educational environment where children can both learn and have fun. We participate in the free, state-funded Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) program for 4-year-old children. This program has been helping students achieve higher educational standards since 1998.
Our UPK Preschool Services Include:
- Free UPK (Universal Prekindergarten)
- Academic curriculum
- Centrally located
- NYS certified teachers
- CPR and First Aid certified staff
- Children do not need to be potty-trained. We accept children who wear diapers and training pants.
- 5 spacious classrooms
- Large outdoor play yard
- Video security
- Open door policy -- Parents can check up on their children any time to review what their child is doing in daycare and how the child is behaving or performing. This can be done through watching the video surveillance cameras, observing through the classroom windows, or scheduling a meeting with the child's teacher.
Richmond Hill Children's Center's educational director, Donna M. Bak, has over 25 years of experience in child education and care -- and is SAS, MSE and Special Education certified.
